Handmade Dichroic Glass Jewelry
Beautiful Dichroic Yorkie Cabochons, each cab is a of a kind piece. Hand designed and Kiln fired glass is either hand wrapped in Sterling Silver or gold filled wire or bailed using sterling silver or gold plated findings. The main characteristic of dichroic glass is that it has a transmitted colour and a completely different reflected colour, as certain wavelengths of light either pass through or are reflected. This can cause an array of colour to be displayed. The colors shift depending on the angle of view. Pieces are extremely hard to photograph due to how they reflect and refract light, the photos really don't do the pieces justice.
